I personally knew (in my heart) that for a swing/glider it had to be the @graco Glider LX Waterloo. My nephew had the exact one as a baby and I had personal success getting him to take long naps in it. I have the memory of him being able to walk and still climbing into this glider to take a nap. Love the sound features on it and the fact that it can support bigger babies (up to 30 pds). Although it was a gift, we would still buy it if we had to because baby got a lot of mileage out of this one.
Update: We ran into an issue where the sound feature started to short circuit on the swing. We were directed by Amazon to call Graco and it was such a great customer service experience and replacement process. Once I sent all the required information the new product was at my door within two days.
What is your go to brand for a baby swing?
I'm trying to research on baby swings and I've been looking at a few recently. I've come across different models from brands like Fisher-Price, Graco, Ingenuity and a few others. As an experienced user, which of these brands do you think is the best for a young baby?
ReplyDeleteIt all depends on your budget, the features you’reninterested in and ultimately if your baby likes the swing. I’ve seen parents buy a particular swing because they like it and then the baby refuses to stay in it. That said...both Graco and Fisher Price have good swings for babies. When I was looking at swings I considered 4Moms Mamaroo and Frisher Price Sungabunny/Snugapuppy based on other parents’ positive experiences with them. I eventually chose the Graco swing because I saw it in action within my family and it is also a good budget swing that is safe and has all the features I was interested in. Hope this helps!
